Choose the monthly catalog that corresponds to the truck departure date (day before delivery), not the order date.

Enter your splits requests at the UNFI website by noon on Wednesday (week #3). If you'd prefer, you can call or email Lisa H. with your specific splits requests.

After the Splits Requests deadline, Lisa H. will review all requests and let us know if there are any cases that need filling.

Orders Due

Enter your order at the UNFI website before 5:00 pm on Friday (week #3).

Newsletter Items Due

The Squanacook Cooperative newsletter is published every month (assuming there’s something to report). You can send items for the next newsletter via e-mail

Newsletters are packed with orders on distribution day and are mailed to those who did not have an order.

Distribution

Orders are delivered, sorted and distributed at the Townsend Fire Department/EMT building (next door to the Dunkin Donuts on Rt. 13) on Wednesday (week #4), unless that day is a Northeast holiday.

Our scheduled delivery time is approximately 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday. On the day before delivery day, you can check the actual Delivery Time on the United Buying Clubs site.
